Yesterday I finished another digital fantasy art painting, "When Harpies Attack". Hope you like it:
I have been drawn (pun intended) more and more towards traditional medias lately. Colored pencil, watercolors and acrylics never looked this attractive to me.
Here is a watercolor painting I did the other day. What I chose to paint? A rottening piece of iceberg lettuce of course!
My latest challenge entry for the "An Illustration for a Role-Playing Game" challenge. Call it "Eyes in the deep" and went for a traditional fantasy dungeon crawl setting:

Last night I finished the pencil drawing I've been posting "Work in progress"-images of here at Fantasytree (follow this link for the latest of those WiP:s).
Once again I found myself adding some hidden faces a' la Rackham. Really enjoy this kind of playfulness and believe it adds an extra, more "fantastic" dimension to the piece.
Hope you will like it - here is

Yesterday I mentioned that I had finished a drawing project. Today I can reveal that it was an Elvis drawing for my mother. Drawn with a Derwent Graphic, a 0.7 and a 0.5 mechanical pencil (HB) from a photo by Bettman/Corbis this is what it looked like. Scanned it before handing it over to my mum yesterday:

Just finished drawing the 3rd step in my Pilgrimage series. Realized though, that I have only posted
The 1st step so far. Here is the 2nd one, with the 3rd one soon to follow. This one was drawn with colored ink pens:

After some changes to the previous Work In Progress, my entry for the ImagineFX October Challenge ("Witches Moon") ended up like this:
(After painting it digitally in ArtRage, the final tweaks were done in Photoshop)
Moonrise (2009)
Today I had the urge to do another totally improvised painting - this time using acrylics instead of the computer.
Here is the final result:
Infinite Waves (2009)
Size: 25x37 centimeters
Yesterday I finished painting the entry I've
been working on for the September challenge at the

A Paltry Excuse (2009)
Today I felt like painting a wholly improvised piece in ArtRage 2,5. Here is what it ended up looking like:
